Gears Hub is now accepting applicants for Boost Camp Q1-24, an acceleration program that gets manufacturers ready to launch their first automation initiative in 4 months.
During the phases of Boost Camp, manufacturers are guided by a team of unbiased experts—people who provide their honest, professional opinion, free of any conflict of interest.

Qualification for our Q1-24 Boost Camp begins with a diagnosis of your productivity challenges, in order to identify your potential gains in your personalized Dashboard.
If the potential gains are significant, we will suggest that you validate your project in greater depth with
our S.M.A.R.T. Analysis (Specific, Measurable Achievable, Realistic and Time-bound) Is your project S.M.A.R.T.?
A visit to your facilities enables us to identify the projects that will have the greatest impact in terms of value. Once you have the SMART index in hand, you'll be able to see the project's risk factors and benefits before you
make a decision. You'll minimize your risks while
maximize your chances of success.
Once you've consulted your internal teams and given us the give us the GO, we will first position your project on the fast track to financing. We then continue for 30 days with the S.M.A.R.T. Matchmaking phase to find the ideal partner.
Our system allows you to meet with three potential partners to validate, during our multiple matching sessions, which is your ideal partner to realize your project according to your requirements in relation to the experience of our blue resources.
You also have the opportunity to steer your project in order to validate your choice of blue resource before entrusting your project to them. In fact, during the project specification phase, you'll have the opportunity to validate the degree of affinity and expertise of the blue resource matched to your project team.
Over an 8-week period, we'll draw up the specifications, preliminary project design, budget, real value gains and submit your specifications to finalize your project financing approvals.
When you leave our BOOST CAMP Q1-24, you'll have accelerated your automation process by a factor of three, compared with compared with doing your first projects on your own.
